| Delivery Options |
We ship a wide variety of goods which range from single pens and paperclips to delivery containers full of furniture.
We appreciate that across Australia, the most appropriate mode of delivery may not be obvious.
Not all deliveries are needed next day and obviously, not all are possible. With office furniture built to incorporate you custom features manufacture may take up to 3 weeks. We will advise you on the progress of your order throughout this period.
We use couriers, Australia Post, rail, ships planes, camels, horses and also allow you to collect goods yourself.
The cost of delivery varies depending on the weight of an order, the destination for the
order and the customer's timing requirements. For this reason details regarding
delivery can be determined by contacting our Customer service department.
At the Checkout, you will be asked to select a delivery method. Over time we will develop this automated system fully. For Perth Metro customers, it will be possible to calculate the delivery fees associated with furniture delivery according to one of several methods. You will then be displayed with the
various delivery regions that exist. You are not obligated to continue
with your purchase until you have considered and agreed to a freight option
which is suitable.
For small items like office supplies and computer accessories, delivery in 2-3 days is normal.

| Delivery Charges |
| When you order from Shawtec Pty Ltd online, you may like to consider the overall cost of the transaction with delivery fees included. While the majority of items are lower than other stores, the savings may be lost on small orders requiring delivery.
Our policy is to charge delivery fees on a simple cost recovery basis. We have very compeditive rates with a range of carriers. We encourage local customers to collect goods if they wish.
Heavy / Bulky items such as desks, wall units and reception hutches may require a two person delivery.
You can make a saving by arranging to have assistance for one driver and pay less for the delivery.
If a scheduled delivery cannot be made, an
additional fee may be applied, as the delivery driver will need to redeliver your Order at
another time. If an additional fee is to be paid our Customer Support
Staff will contact you.

| Faulty / Damaged

before any goods can be returned. At Shawtec Pty Ltd, we want you to be happy with what you have ordered. If you are not happy, for any genuine reason, neither are we. Please contact us on (08) 92447700 if you have a problem with anything at all.

| Minimum Order Value |
| There is no minimum Order value. We appreciate that you may wish to purchase some of our specialist lines and we wont force you to buy 100 when you only want 1. Just be aware of the delivery charges that may be applicable with the order.

| Order Confirmation |
Once Shawtec Pty Ltd has received your order, you
will receive an Order Reference Number which will be emailed to your specified email
address. You will also receive confirmation via email once your Order has
been dispatched. When you pay by credit card, you will receive email confirmation of the transaction as it is received by Veripay. Veripay is a dedicated, secure credit card processing centre, linked to the Australian Banking Network. Your Credit Card details are held in a secure, encrypted format and the transaction is only sent on for final processing to your account when we have verified the transaction and have the goods ready for despatch. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction and we will notify you if we are not going to process the credit card transaction. All other methods that are used to finalise you shopping session will be sent as a confirmation to you also.

| Partial Orders / Out of Stock

| We do not endeavour to keep many of the vast range of product lines
in stock at all times. When you place an order, we immediately undertake to arrange delivery of those goods.
We are in partnership with suppliers around the world and at times several days or even weeks may be necessary to source the goods you require. Our Customer Support Centre staff will notify you by
phone/email to advise delivery time frame.
In the event that all items requested in your Order are not available,
we will endeavour to offer you an alternative product. We suggest that you contact our Customer Support
Centre or call (08) 94776911 to find out if there is a delay in obtaining any particular item.

| Returning Goods with Delivery
Driver |
| Goods delivered by courier cannot be returned to the driver.

Support staff. Once your return has been authorised, our Customer Support
staff will organise for the collection of your goods. Drivers are not able
to accept items for return unless you have firstly obtained a Return
Authorisation (RA) number.
